Addendum to End User License Agreement for Microsoft ( R ) Links ( R ) 2003

This golfer utility component (the “ Game Editor ” ) is for use solely in connection with the Microsoft(R) Links (R) 2003 software product (the “ Software Product ” ) and this addendum ("Addendum") provides additional rights and/or restrictions to the End User License Agreement ( “ EULA ” ) for the Software Product regarding the Game Editor. By installing, copying, downloading or otherwise using the Game Editor, you agree to be bound by the terms of the EULA and this Addendum. If you do not agree to the terms of this Addendum, do not install, download or use the Game Editor. Unless defined herein, capitalized terms used herein have the meanings assigned to them in the EULA.

1. ADDITIONAL RIGHTS AND/OR RESTRICTIONS. In addition to the rights and restrictions stated in the EULA, your use of the Game Editor is subject to the following rights and/or restrictions:

-You may use the Game Editor to open, extract, modify and incorporate textures to those files having the file extension .l3 (e.g., Heather.l3) in order to change the clothing, skin and hair color and golf clubs of such golfers and replace the default texture files with your original modified textures solely for use in the creation of fictional golfers (or to recreate your own likeness) for use in connection with the Software Product. Provided that any content created using the Game Editor is consistent with the Software Product's Entertainment Software Rating Board rating, you may reproduce and share files created with the Game Editor on a non-commercial basis only. Microsoft does not grant you the right to sell or otherwise distribute files from the Software Product using the Game Editor in exchange for value.

2. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Your use of the Game Editor and the Software Product is subject to all remaining provisions of the EULA.
